Parish Council Working Party

The Parish Council working party is a voluntary group, performing tasks around the village to improve it’s surroundings for all.

They normally meet on the first Sunday of the month (weather permitting) at 10am outside the Crown Pub, by the notice board.

Working party tasks currently include:

• Bulb planting (following last year’s success)
• Improving the hedge by the Holding Field
• Planting trees
• Fixing notice boards
• Improving the Malt House open space (by the small lake)
• Christmas lights

Willing volunteers are always welcome!  The work is not normally onerous and the more people helping the quicker tasks get done!
