| Louise Porton: why are the reserves forecast to be £10,000 less than in the previous year’s accounts? Who paid for the felling of the trees and the cutting of the hedge at the Holding Field. The trees had been condemned and been felled, paid for by the PC to be recovered from KYC, the Holding Field Fund had paid for the hedge Rae Theaker: How will the cost of the bridges be met? By grants for the full amount. She had understood the Clerk to have said that the land for the Youth Club would be purchased from reserves. How could this be?

| Cllr Woodman proposed the ratification of the precept for 2010-11 @ £43,245. Agreed unanimously. | |
| There was discussion on a proposal from Cllr Smith that no further money be spent on the Youth Club project until the next meeting. | |
| Cllr Bates proposed “that there be no spending on anything except what we are contractually obliged to spend (eg salaries, etc) and including the Youth Club project, the bridges project, etc between now and the next OM” Seconded by Cllr Smith, carried 5:2 | |
| Cllr Savin said that he was not happy to be involved in an entirely internal audit of the accounts. He agreed to work with Len Potts. Cllr Peach spoke strongly against the involvement of Len Potts, in this matter as he has a vested interest,. but the motion was carried 4:1, with 1 abstention | |
