5/10.5 Memorial bench in St Mary’s Churchyard
It was agreed, pending the decision of the PCC, to the placing of a bench in the
churchyard
5/10.6 Holding Field Car Park
It was agreed to ask Arthur Rampton for a quote to fill the holes in the car park with scalpings 5/10.7 Changes to cemetery rules and regulations (i) It was agreed to add the name and address of the undertaker to the Notice of Interment (ii) It was agreed to bring charges for extracts from the register in line with new parochial charges. 5/10.8 Burial Ground Maintenance It was agreed to hard-prune the hedge by the car-parking area. 5/10.9 Opening of bridges The bridges were formally opened today. It was agreed to ask Arthur Rampton to attach netting to prevent accidents through the supports 5/10.10 Rolling List: nothing to report 5/10/11 Date of next meeting: 12th July 2010 There being no further business the meeting closed at 7.55 pm
