Parish Council
The Parish Council meets monthly, with the exception of December, in the Village Club, George Street. Ordinary meetings are held in the main hall and committee meetings are held in the upstairs Holding room (unless agenda advises otherwise).
Parish Councils are the first tier of government and are closest to the people. They are non-political and have the sole aim of improving life for parishioners, and as such get involved in matters that could affect life in the village, such as planning and traffic.
